“ATI Kegalle” is coming under sri Lanka institute of Adavanced Technologycal Education (SLIATE) Ministry of Higher Education.this institute is situated in Bandaranayeka Road, Kegalle.Full time courses and part time courses are conducted inATI Kegalle.Higher National Diploma in Information Technology (HNDIT), .Higher National Diploma in Accountancy(HNDA), .Higher National Diploma in English (HNDE) courses are conducted courses of ATI. 200 students are studing in ATI and 15 accademic staff members are giving their services to the ATI.Libary facilities, computer lab facilities are other facilities of ATI.
Applicant and Student details Management is considered very important as all staff who use the details in ATI. Any mismanagement of details on the documents will bring disrepute to the ATI. Thus Applicant and Student details Management has been given due importance by the development team and full fledged module for Applicant and Student details Management has been developed so that details are better managed and maintained.
Student information System is proposing to perform the complete Applicant and Student details Management functionalities of ATI Kegalle.
This system is designed in favor of a Applicant and Student details Management which helps them to save the records of the applicants and students. It saves them from manual work from which it is very difficult to find the records of the applicants and students and their information of who have registered the ATI many years before.
This proposed system was designed to help the Applicant and Student details Management, through this they do not require such an efficient person to handle and calculate relevant details.
